Dual diagnosis Program

There is a strong link between addiction and mental health disorders. Roughly half of the people with an addiction also have a mental illness. To ensure that both the mental health disorder and the substance use disorder are given the appropriate attention, our two tracks of care are Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

The facility was great and the staff were exceptional! Reyna, Tracy, Cindy, Mark and, Sebastian went above and beyond to make sure the community had everything we needed and enjoyed our time here. Sarah was the perfect therapist to help me grow durning my time and I couldn’t have done it without her. Elena made sure everything I needed to take care of outside of this facility was handled and helped me set myself up for success before I even left. The program here is focused on mental health and addiction, between the facilitators and the community of my peers there’s no place I would rather be for my growth. I will forever be grateful for my time here and everything I have gained from this journey. If you are looking for help and guidance this is a safe place where you can work on you while still feeling connected!

Compassions Behavioral Health is the best place to come to if your having any issues with your substance/mental health. I came here because of my drinking and needed to detox off of my prescription medication and they made it a comfortable experience. Elena my case manager helped me with any outside barriers and helped me so much to get me to the next level. My therapist was amazing she let me have the space I needed to process some trauma. She has a diverse background working in various settings, such as in communities, schools, hospitals, substance abuse, and mental health treatment, as well as with various populations, ranging from children to adults. Lisa’s extensive experience and passion in working with individuals struggling with severe and persistent mental illness has solidified the foundation to effectively treat various diagnoses. She possesses exemplary conceptualization skills to individualize client experience and takes pride in working amongst an interdisciplinary team and leading the clinical department in delivering quality care while meeting the unique needs of each client.

Ana integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, and mindfulness practices into her approach, aiming to ensure that all her clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome the challenges they face.
