Business Development Director
Matthew Macauley is our Director of Business Development at Compassion Behavioral Health. Having worked in the field of Substance Abuse and Mental Health since 2008, he has since achieved abundant success in all aspects of the field. Matthew has extensive experience working with adults with mental health and substance abuse issues; as well as working with their families. He specializes in working with young adults, encouraging them to make successful transitions into adulthood. Matthew also has strong ties to the local community and has been a coach with Boca Little League for the past 5 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and English bulldog Seamus.
